This watch is quite pretty. You can't tell in the picture, but the face is textured for an almost leathered look. I've only had it for a week but it seems to be working just fine. It is true to being water resistent- I've submerged it in the sink several times with no issues.

This watch looks great with anything you wear. It's large enough to see easily and small enough to wear with dressier clothes. The textured dial is really pretty. I don't miss the day/date feature at all since I never manage to set mine. Also the price was about $39 cheaper than my usual source for jewelry and watches - definitely a good buy!
